What is your refund/cancellation policy?

In order to secure your event, a $100 deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at the event. We show up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.

Do you provide invitations?

We can provide postcard invitations upon request.

Do you have party favors?

Yes! Party favors can be purchased by adding a package. Favors can also be purchased a la carte to fit the size and needs of your group.

What if we have more than 12 guests?

We always strive to provide the best experience for you and your guests. A guest count of 12 kids is suggested for the best experience. Guests counts of more than 12 may require your group to be organized into smaller groups. Groups of 13 or more will require an additional STEM Squad Party Manager to manage the event and an additional fee will be added.
